Our story
How it started.
True North Farm Co. was built on the belief that farming should be straightforward — grow good things, raise healthy animals, and treat the land with respect. We're based in Redding, California, where the seasons are real and the work is honest.
Malachi Gallegos started this farm with a simple idea: that people deserve to know where their food comes from and who grew it. No mystery, no middlemen — just a farm doing what farms are supposed to do.
